My Story

nadh4u.com & healing-health.co.uk was founded by myself in 2007 initially to help other sufferers and to offer them a fanatstic product at an affordable price, I noticed that most herbal health shops that sell them are very expenisve and they also seem to be on short supply even in the most big named health stores, so it was my mission to provide them to everyone who needs them quickily cheaply..

My story: How & when it all came about

I started taking nadh in 2005 and it has changed my life after suffering from Fibromyaliga and ME, & CFS for 10 Years...The first conditon I was diagonosed was Fibromyalgia in 1996 and over the years the doctores then diagonosed CFS & M.E......I was never given anything but painkillers and antidepressants from the Doctors & Specialists...I was never given any help or advice or counselling on how to deal with it. ... So i just took what i was given and just tried to get on with it ... but I was walking around in Zombie state for about 10 year's and did not have a good quality of life at all....I just got used to living in that state and everyone got used to seeing me like that but unfortunately i didn't realise the antidepressants were actually making me more depressed.... because it was limiting me to what i could do in my life so much, I couldn't even drive anywhere i was so tired and dozey all the time.

What had made it worse was I had to give up a job I loved so much....This totally knocked my confidence and sent me spiralling down hill very fast....As I truly didn't understand what was wrong with me.. I had always been full of confidence and Vitality before... but ended up feeling tired, grumpy and needing a walking stick to aid me most of the time..... Sometimes my brain & body would just not function proper and everything was a struggle.. from doing light housework to making a cup of tea for myself....I was fighting against myself all the time because I couldn't accept it and didn't want to be like this... I wanted my old self back... but where had she gone..I asked myself ? I had always been inspirational alway looking for new ventures and was very business minded.... but that had dissapeared in a haze of blurred memories caused by the antidepressants and Painkillers... My brain had gone foggy & there didn't seem to be any light at the end of the tunnel... It had effected my work life, home life and socialising life... it was hell of a shell shock to get used to.. I basically felt i didn't have a life to be honest and just wanted to sleep the day away..

My diagnosis was made in 1996 but luckily there seems to be more help for newly diaganosed suffers now depending on the doctor diaganosing it ..but also the internet is full of information now as well which helps sufferer's now.....I must admit because I was not given the help or advice I needed I am sure that is why I buried my head in the sand and it took me so long to recover...I didn't have the help I needed and that is on offer to most sufferers now....Most doctors in them days put everything down to depression and anxiety but it was the illness that was making me depressed and anxious... it was a catch 22 situation...

Then about 2005 ago I was then introduced to NADH by a friend who was taking them for her M.E, At this point I decided to try them for myself.........It is the best thing I ever did I have now come off all other medication and just take NADH daily. I'm not saying that this might work for everyone but it works for me and many other people I know...& I am not saying come off your other medication always check with your doctor before you do anything like that..... but it worked for me...

Within a few months of taking them I had seen a dramatic change in myself.... I had more enregy, I felt more postive about things and had more vitality...

Even my 70 year old mum & 75 year old dad are now on them and swear by them for that extra energy boost...Most of my family and friends are on them now......This is living proof that they work......So that is why we have now have started promoting them, to help others who need a natural energy boost...

I want to share my secret with everyone else.. everyone comments now on how well I now look...After taking pain killers for years it had taken its toll on me and I felt aged but now people always say how young I look. I'm 45 but most people say i only look 28.... NADH gives you that boost you need for vitality ..I believe NADH helps keep you young. It has worked for me...So that is living proof, after 10 years feeling down and out and depressed.. I now feel full of vitality and its only since i have been on NADH...

I must day one of the things that helped me was talking about it with other sufferers which i now do on a regular basis...If you feel the need to talk please feel free to talk to me.... I think one of the biggest problems with getting ill is getting your friends to understand this invisible illness that has taken over you body and that you now can't do the things you once could do.... Unfortunately unless people have empathy or have suffered ill health them selves they can find it very hard to understand this debilitating illness.... They think you look the same so they are confused on why all of a sudden can't you do the things you used to do like shopping & socialising or even working with them etc.....You try to explain but then this also can put another strain on you and make things worse for you ....which is then a catch 22 situation as you then don't want to be around people who are putting demands on you to do things you can't do anymore.....but you still want your friends around but without the pressure... Its so hard to get the balance right....Some people can be lucky and have very understanding friends & family... but some are not... but i am always here for a friendly chat if you need to talk...Luckily there are also support groups out there as well to help with this...Below is links to the M.E, Fibromylagia, Parkinson Associations, I hope these will help anyone who needs them. A few guidelines below on dosage provided by the manufacturer, But read the book to find more, It has been said that there is no limit to how much you can take depending on your body weight

It is suggested that For individuals 50 years of age and older, 5mg NADH supplements can be taken daily or every other day depending upon individual response and physicians recommendations.

It is suggested that For those with chronic ailments, such as chronic fatigue disability or other disorders requiring a fatigue vitamin, the following is suggested to help: 2 x 5mg in the morning and 1 x 10mg or 20mg in the afternoon. I personally can take 2 x 5mg in the morning, 2 x 30mg Q10 at lunch time and 1 or 2 x 10 or 20mg in the evening if i need it. every day can be different, but i do like to keep the 5mg in my system and top it up with 10 & 20mg then i never get any drop in energy. the 10 & 20mg have allowed me to run this business 12 hours a day and attend college. it gets my brain and body working to its full potential, something i havn't had for 12 years.

For those who require an immediate energy supplement for mental alertness and cognitive performance it is suggested that 1 x 10mg or 20mg in the morning and 1 x 10mg or 20mg in the early afternoon can help.

Individuals seeking increased energy for sports, athletic events and physically demanding activities, NADH will help keep you active longer and with more intensity. It is suggested that 2 x 10mg or a 20mg be taken 1 hour before the event, with another 10mg or 20mg energy pill being taken every 15 to 30 minutes during the event.
